I have designed enterprise SaaS products and applications across industries including life sciences, healthcare, banking, insurance, and business operations. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into impactful products.

Every design decision I make is backed by user insights, usability principles, and business goals. I believe great design is not just visually appealing—it should be meaningful, accessible, and measurable.

I continuously explore new technologies, design trends, and AI-powered workflows. I built this website using Claude Code with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, customizing the code with my HTML and CSS expertise.

My educational background is a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computers. To strengthen my UX expertise, I completed the Google UX Design Professional Certificate on Coursera and the Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) training from Human Factors International (HFI). I also completed courses from the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF), including Web Design for Usability and Mobile User Experience (UX) Design.

These programs have helped me build a strong foundation in user-centered design, usability, and UX best practices.

Aragen Life Sciences

Chemists struggled with a cluttered experiment workflow, so I redesigned the information architecture and step-by-step experience to make documentation easier to navigate and complete.

I completely redesigned the end-to-end enterprise SaaS application experience for Chemists, Admins, and Project Managers, improving workflows, usability, navigation, and overall user experience across the platform.

Guided UX/UI improvements based on the Power BI framework, focusing on dashboard structure, information hierarchy, navigation, data visualization, and reusable design patterns to create clear, consistent, and user-friendly analytics experiences.

Focused on the Home Care Business Unit, the project helps teams understand and manage key commercial metrics such as Inventory Turnover (ITO), Gross Turnover (GTO), Sales, Stock, and Revenue—enabling clearer visibility into inventory efficiency and overall business performance.

Designed a structured content management experience for the Australian tourism ecosystem, supporting Customer Success, Operators, and Distributors in managing tourism content across accommodation, attractions, destinations, events, food & drink, tours, transport, and experiences. Simplified content discovery and management through intuitive classification, location, status, and date-range filtering.
